Prevailing on client to accept terms
(1)我们认为3%的佣金也可促使达成交易。
We think that 3% commission may also facilitate the conclusion of business.
(2)贵方与我方有业务往来的佣金商均接受我3%佣金，故在此基础上达成交易是适当的。
It is advisable to conclude this transaction on the basis of 3% commission as it is a term accepted by those commission agents at your place, with whom we have business intercourse.
(3)3%佣金和100%保兑的，不可撤回的即期信用证付款均系我们与其它买户业务中实际运用的条款。
Commission at 3% and payment by 100% onvalue confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit available by draft at sight are the practical terms on which we always work with other buyers.
(4)我们所报的确系我们力所能及的最早交期，顾请贵方劝说买户接受该交期。
Please advise your buyers to accept the quoted shipment time as it is really the earliest we can obtain.
(5)请说服客户接受我们的条款，按照这些条款，我们已与贵方其他客户达成大量交易。
Please persuade your clients to accept your terms and conditions on which we have already concluded considerable business with other customers at your end.
