what's this mean?- "the seam up the centre of the hood is overlapped and the raw edge of the fabric is showing on the outside of the garment"

帽顶中间破骨有搭位(即搭缝,重叠),且衣服的布边外露.(估计是指衫脚用布毛边外露,有粗犷的效果).
