关于电线绝缘电阻

请问一下：我们通常说，电线绝缘电阻要求不小于100兆欧，这一说法有没有标准依据？也就是说100兆欧是如何得到的？

对于电源线——有插头或者尾插的。
各国的标准的规定：
IEC 60884-1的17.1 The insulation resistance is measured with a d.c. voltage of approximately 500 V, the
measurement being made 1 min after application of the voltage.
The insulation resistance shall be not less than 5 MΩ.

GB2099.1 的17.1条款，绝缘电阻5mΩ以上

JIS C 8303 的5.5 絶縁抵抗 絶縁抵抗は，7.6によって试験したとき，开闭试験前が100 MΩ以上，开闭试験後が5 MΩ以上でなければならない。

UL 817 的89.1 The insulation resistance of a fitting shall not be less than 100 megohms between:。。。。。。

AS 3112的规定：
2.13.2 Insulation resistance test
The insulation resistance of a plug shall be measured at a voltage of 500 V d.c. as follows:
。。。。。。
The measured insulation resistance shall be not less than 5 MΩ.
