Dwelling 指的是民用住宅，indoor指的是室内。
Dwelling是与商业建筑区别开来的，一般美国的民用住在大部分是木制的，所以在温度上有90度的限制，参考下面条款：
11.8.1.1 The temperature of the branch circuit connections of a luminaire intended for use in a dwelling unit, when subjected to the normal temperature test of Clause 14, shall not exceed 90 °C, and the luminaire shall be marked in accordance with Clause 6.15.1.5.
