6.11 Electrical spacings
6.11.1 The minimum spacings shall be not less than those shown in Table 6.11.1 between:
(a) uninsulated live parts of different potential; and
(b) uninsulated live parts and non-current-carrying metal parts.
For the lamp base, you can not reference UL1598 or UL153, you must reference the specified UL standard for the lamp base, normally, if the lamp is for general use, you can use UL1598 or UL153 to judge, but if for non-general use, you only can reference the specified test report, for example, most of outdoor use lamps have their own description in the FUS procedure.
