关于温升测试热稳定时间

为什么不当场问呢？是不是他们内部有这样的操作规范？

(b) the test has been running for a minimum of 3 h; and
(c) three successive readings taken at 15 min intervals are within 1 °C of one another and are
not rising.
看看其中的or和and。(a)是独*立的，(b)和(c)是相加的，3小时后每隔15分钟3个读数，即3h/3h-15min/3h-30min.不是刚好3.5小时吗？
不过为了确保温度稳定，3.5小时后再去读3个数也未尝不可，以免没有稳定浪费时间。
