led灯管需要做认证，请大家推荐，欧洲向CE请问TUV是否最权威？TUV能否欧洲向和美国向都一起做？请有经验者推荐，谢谢

欧洲灯具的话，kema比tuv权威，价格和服务都比tuv好。

目前LED灯管没有单独的产品认证

欧洲大部分的机构都不会做LED灯管的GS或CE认证（KEMA似乎例外，据他们自己的人在网上说发GS/CE）；部分机构发自己的标志认证如某些TUV。

It seems EU has not yet unified the single set of test standards for the LED tube. Hence, it is really very difficult to get a European lab accepts the CE test for the LED tube. So far, I got the quotations from two different China laboratories. They are using different set of standards to test my LED light tube. By checking the LVD standard list, some of the quoted standards are wrong. To avoid my buyer rejecting the test report, I dare not pass the tests to these two laboratories.
