NOTE Other methods may apply for determining EBLF in particular methods which record permanently the luminous flux of the lamp associated to the ballast under test

意思我明白了, 但是你去对对原文, 肯定有出入, 上面很多错别字啊 , 自己也不检查一下就发上来, 连标点符号都不打!
我猜应当是:
