UL1278标准中对过压测试规定如下：
41.2.1 The heater it is to be operated at a voltage in accordance with 39.1.12 until constant temperatures
are attained, following which it is to be operated for 2 hours at a 12 percent higher voltage.
期中“12 percent higher voltage”实际测试时，是不是输入额定电压的112%呀？

按39.1.12运行加热器直到达到恒定温度，然后以该电压的112%的电压运行2个小时。
