山炮什么都不懂，怎会出题？那我出一道题吧：GB4706.1问题，山炮查阅一份3C报告时发现：加强绝缘的电气间隙要求是3.5mm，为什么？

用IEC的话来回答：
if the construction is such that the distances could be affected by wear, by distortion, by movement of the parts or during assembly, the clearances for rated impulse voltages of 1 500 V and above are increased by 0,5 mm and the impulse voltage test is not applicable.
所以是3.0加0.5. 不知是这样否？
