clause 25.15 mass of appliance 包括水的重量吗？

讨论一个问题如题
大家在做25.15的拉力测试的时候称样品的重量（mass of appliance）的时候只考虑样品本身的重量还是会考虑附属物的重量？
如一个加湿器，是否要容器加满水一起称重还是容器空的时候称重？

你这里的重量要加上水的重量的。

不同的人有不同的观点！
个人觉得单看标准表面意思只是器具的重量，标准上说mass of appliance 嘛
但就标准考察的实质来说（电线会受到外来的拉力，这个拉力的大小肯定不只与器具本身有关了，与容器一起的附属物也是有关系的）还是要考虑水的重量！
25.15 Appliances provided with a supply cord, and appliances intended to be permanently
connected to fixed wiring by a flexible cord, shall have a cord anchorage. The cord anchorage
shall relieve conductors from strain, including twisting, at the terminals and protect the
insulation of the conductors from abrasion.
