EN 60335-2-14:2006 已於2007年4月1日正式开始实施, 在这一版本将Blender分类成一般 Blender(包含 food blender, liquid blender) 和 cordless blender, 并增列相关产品的测试
在以往针对 Hand-held kitchen machines 只能定义成Class II 或Class III, 但在新版有做了些许修正, 允许此类产品定义成 Class 0 或Class I, 如果额定电压小於150V

在量测Input 时, 操作时间也了新的定义: A representative period is a time period of 2 min or the time specified in 11.7 for one cycle of operation, whichever is shorter.

温升测试的测试时间除了根据标准所规定的方法外, 如需依照说明书来测试, 测试时间如下:
1. The maximum period stated in the instructions plus 1 min, for specified operating periods not exceeding 7 min;
2. The maximum period stated in the instructions, for specified operating periods exceeding 7 min

一个代表性周期为2 分钟或者为第11.7章节中所指定的一个操作循环的时间, 视何者为短。


温升测试的测试时间除了根据标准所规定的方法外, 如需依照说明书来测试, 测试时间如下:
1. The maximum period stated in the instructions plus 1 min, for specified operating periods not exceeding 7 min;
2. The maximum period stated in the instructions, for specified operating periods exceeding 7 min
对规定的操作周期在七分钟以内时，则依说明书规定的最大周期再加一分钟
来进行。
对规定的操作周期在七分钟以上时，则依说明书规定的最大周期的时间来进行。
