4.15.1.6.d) Tricycles provided with an attached handle used for pushing the child, shall be constructed in such a way as to prevent entrapment of the child’s feet in the pedals etc. while being pushed (e.g. free-wheeling mechanism or foot rests).
“装有把手供儿童爬入时使用的三轮车,必须设计成当爬入时,儿童的双脚不会在脚踏板等上面卡住(例如设计成自由轮的机构或放脚支板).”
感觉上面的翻译曲解了原文，你有什么看法？它表达的是怎样一种情形？

后面带有手柄来用推小孩子的三轮车，应该设计成当车被推动力的时候,能够防止小孩子的脚在踏板等部件产生夹陷的危险。（如：自由轮装置或脚踏等部件）
