Just few words again to the final inspection procedure.

How is SGS doing the final inspection and why?
~知道SGS的尾查是怎么进行的吗?又为什么如此呢?
The are creating a special atmosphere like:
~他们会制造一种特殊的查验气氛,如下:
° follow always the same process
~总是遵循同样的步骤
° they don´t talk to anybody during inspection
~查货过程中不和任何人交谈
° they have clear formats to fill out
他们有细节要求清晰的表格要填
° the do not discuss the problems during inspection, they just count the problems
~在查验过程中，他们从不谈论问题,他们只是发现并记录问题(及数量)
° they judge the quality in a very statistik way
他们对品质的理解是基于对发现问题的统计上的,也就是用数字说法
etc.等...
this is the only way doing a final inspection - to find the actual result without emotion, discussion and influence.
这是尾查的唯一方法,不带上个人情绪的查验,不和他人讨论，不受任何其它影响,
Ofcourse the inline inspections are most important to avoid any problem, this is a must!!!!
当然中查才是避免和纠正问题的重要环节,所以中查是不能少的.
The final inspection should be done by a different QC (if possible), just to find out the actual result.
如果可以的话,尾查最好指派不同的QC来执行;这样做的目的，就是为了查明最真实的(货物品质)结果
It would be nice, if you could write down a process discription "how to do final inspection" as a guidline for the final inspection team.
如果你们可以把“怎样进行尾查”作为一个工作指引写下来供查货团队参考执行,这将是个不错的办法.
