关于 EN71-1 section5.4绳带的问题，
图片所示 是fail/pass呢 ？还是可以不用考虑那个塑料带？

说明：
这个样品测试12 month，以上，
它是三种颜色的塑料材料组成的
蓝色的（绕成圈那个），中间红色的塑料弹簧，还有黄色那段，

蓝色那个 上面有很多洞洞， 可以穿成不同大小的loop
蓝色塑料带 打开，长度 190mm，
红色 25N 力的作用下，长度 170mm，
三段加起来 在 25N 的力的作用下，长度 310mm。

我的判断是
5.4a是PASS
其他是NA

W 认为致使勒伤的主要因素是 FLEXIBLE: able to bend easily without breaking. 至于绳的粗细大小则是次要的，或者说 thin or not 较难判定，所以下述讨论撇开粗细大小甚至是否包含填充（这看来不可思议）等因素。

CORD: length of flexible textile or non-textile material including elastic material, monofilament polymeric material, tape, ribbon, rope, strap, woven and twisted material and string as well as certain weak and long springs.
定义中包含 non-textile material ，图示塑料带/弹簧应在 cord 范围内；蓝色与绿色带子既可看作是 STRAP: strip of flexible material used for fastening, securing, carrying or holding，从功能方面说明；也可看作是 TAPE: narrow piece of non textile material the width of which is significantly greater than the thickness，从形状方面说明；而中间的红色弹簧，则可视为 certain weak and long springs。所以三段均满足 cord 定义。

那么三段连接后还能称其为 cord 吗？从 “length of……” 看只说明是某段，并未涉及到是否可以/怎样多段连接，因此 W 认为满足 cord 定义。

由于图示不含 self-retraction mechanism，5.4. a) 自然是 NA的；
5.4. b 只对蓝色带子适用：其与自身才能 form a tangled loop， PASS；
5.4. c to 5.4. f : NA；
5.4. g ，三段一并考虑，FAIL；
5.4. h to 5.4. i ：NA。

想提问一下楼上，这种是一种多串联的部件。
标准上没有明确其限制，而从CORD这个概念我们了解到， length of flexible textile or non-textile material，其中length of ，不太了解，麻烦解释一下呀。都用英文。

我的意见如下：
先看绳的定义，CORD: length of flexible textile or non-textile material including elastic material, monofilament polymeric material, tape, ribbon, rope, strap, woven and twisted material and string as well as certain weak and long springs
标准中有提到non-textile material including elastic material, monofilament polymeric material,
没有提到Plastic material，为什么没提到？
难道Plastic是默认的，还是写这份标准的专家，有另外的意思。
我认为写标准的专家并不是他们忽略，也不是没想到这方面。Tape是指带不错
这个带并不是我们所说的图片中的这个带。它是指很薄的胶带（薄膜带之类)、磁带等这些带
ribbon--丝带 rope--绳索 strap--背带之类
如果Tape包含所有的带，没必要写明ribbon、strap，由此可以看出Tape是特指一种带
故此认为此图片中的，绿色和蓝色部位不属于CORD.红色段为CORD
5,4a TO 5.4i 均是NA， 5.4. g ：因为红色是CORD，末端是蓝色，不存在自由末端，所以NA
