有一产品英国插座做CE认证,第三方检测OK,也拿到了CE证书,但客户自己拿样品做测试失败,不知道为何.下面为具体测试事项,请大家帮忙看下.
测试项目绝缘测试.测试标准如下.
BS7288 的第8.7章节的第A项 between all incoming terminals of poles in turn with the s,r.c,d contacts closed. if an auxiliary source or electronic control curcuit is required to closed the contacts this maybe disconnected .
客户的报告是这样的:
when measured between the incoming live and neutral terminals,and with the s.r.c.d contacts closed.the insulstion resistance was found to be only 0.13 M, while the standard requires a mininum of 0.5M ,this is considered to be due to the electronic components within the circuit and therefore not a safity issue. |
