丰富的实战经验再加上英文基础应该是所向披靡的啊。
单存的QC是不需要英文多好的；
可是，有了英文的帮助可以让我们发展的更好啊；
因为我们所检验的产品都是出口的，所以。。。

I am not agree with the writer, i think if the inspector has the english ability. no doubt, it would improve his personal ablity and expand his views.
