Supply, the largest provider of equipments and services to the USA Elderly Healthcare (Nursing

Quality Inspector
Job Duties
1. Perform accurate physical and visual inspections of raw materials, sub-assemblies, In-
Process as per Inspection Plans and Specification Guidelines. Conduct various tests and
quality checks on finished products. Ensure that all products have been tested and fall
within standards, measured to specifications and within tolerances, readability of labels,
etc, and comply with all quality assurance policies and safety regulations.
2. Check the complete production status, report the actual status as well as all short
comings and non-conformances, recommend corrective actions for improvements.
Perform loading supervision and ensure goods are properly packed and loaded.
3. Conduct factory audit to evaluate a manufacturer's capability to meet the contractual
requirements regarding quality, quantity and product specifications, ensure the
manufacturer maintain an efficient internal quality assurance system to control all quality
aspects. Compile a detailed report about audit findings along with recommendations for
improvements, and provide on-site hands-on assistance for correct implementation.
4. Interpret Specification Guidelines and create checklists to support inspection process.
Document and report inspection findings and results, plan and monitor corrective actions
to inspection findings.
5. Communicate and train manufacturers to resolve inspection questions. Communicate
with project engineers to ensure schematics are in compliance with final products.
6. Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
1. 4-Year University Degree in engineering, technical qualifications in relation to
electrical/electronic products.
2. At least two years experience for an equivalent post. Familiar with the quality inspection
process and knowledge of AQL and other quality assurance policies.
3. Understand USA quality standards and safety regulations.
4. Fluent Mandarin Chinese. Good English for both reading and writing. Capable of writing
English inspection reports frequently.
5. Hard-working, can manage the pressure and be able to have really frequent business
trips all over China.
6. With strong integrity & sense of responsibility, enthusiastic, proactive, willing to learn and
share.
