thanks for your sharing ,the experience is very useful ,but i think that if the salary is not good ,and the postion is not fit for you ,you can change yourself ,do business or to find another job in ohter filed ,
i do agree with you ,keep studying english ,improve special skill ,in one word --to change is the only way to survive .
