·Formal reference: CRO QC Manager ;
·Under the management of CRO QC Manager, inspect the finished production in the supplier’s factory, and monitor the improvements by the suppliers;
Specific tasks:
·FRI, Quality-control on finished products
·DPI, Quality-control on the Durpro(during products-making);
·Monitoring on the Quality Management System of the suppliers;
·Conduct the new suppliers survey on quality management;
·Make performance test on new products;
·Frequently have the quality inspection in the suppliers’ factory;
Personal characteristics:
·100% loyalty,100% honesty，very high moral, under 35 years old;
·Constant focus on details, uncompromising, and understanding high quality level
·A person with tidy nature and sense for keeping good order around you

Professional competences:
·above 3 years university education background, majored in Mechanics, or Electronic Engineering or Material Engineering, etc.
·Your are working in the field of electrical household appliances on quality control or quality inspection for 3 years at least，who has the Quality-Inspection experience in the Third Party or foreign representative office in China will have the priority ;
·You are familiar with the European Electric Safety Standard, such as EN60335
·You are good at using the Inspection devices and equipments for the common electric products;
·Your have a very good command of English in understanding and writing;
·Your computer skills is above average
·Willing to settle in Shunde area and frequently go out for inspections work.

职责范围:
·直接主管: 代表处质检质量控制部经理
·在代表处， 处质检主管和质量经理的领导之下， 负责在供应商处对公司产品的日常检验工作, 和质量跟进和改善工作；
工作内容:
·负责对公司采购产品的出货前质量检验工作
·负责对公司采购产品在供应商工厂生产期间的品质监控工作
·负责对公司供应商工厂的品质系统监察工作
·对新的供应商的品质保证能力进行调查
·负责电器产品的试验测试工作

专业技能要求
·大专及以上学历, 机械工程,电子工程,材料工程专业为佳
·具备三年以上的电器，电子产品的品质控制，品质检验的工作经验, 具有在第三方或者外国采购代表处质量检验经验者，优先考虑；
·熟悉电器产品的欧洲安全标准, 例如EN60335；
·熟悉使用电器产品检测的测试仪器；
·具备良好的英语阅读,书写能力；
·熟练使用电脑；
·需居住在顺德，能适应经常性出差


General Job description:
- Maintain good quality level for delivered goods according to given standards.
- Essentiality is to have relevant QC inspection experience
- Need to be able to communicate in spoken English and capable of making English report.
- Dynamic personality, willing to work according to our company's standards.
- This position is as factory QC, and daily work will be ONLY inside factories, nearly no office work.
- Give suggestion to improve quality specifications (construction,execution finishing,packaging etc.) for chairs
- Instruct and coach QC people in the field.
- Quality standards reporting to the country manager (or his/her assistant).
- Check finished products according the product specifications and standards.
- Team work spirit, but able to work independently and take decisions.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year active working experience with quality checking within wood furniture/Chairs industry;
- Good English, both written and oral;
- Experience in leadership;
- High level of commitment, motivation;
- Dedicated;
- Good eye for detail;
- Be willing to travel.
- Be willing to work in flexible working-schedule, no fixed working hours

Communication:
Report/Inform to: Country manager (or his/her assistant).
Supervise: Local QC people

要求：两年以上产品生产、生产管理或QC的工作经验，27—35周岁之间，熟悉生产线工艺要求，熟悉产品标准，有良好的沟通能力
职责：
1、根据采购合同的要求编制产品的检验标准和检验计划
2、 根据检验标准、检验计划、检验工作流程到工厂进行材料检验、产品首检、产品过程抽检、产品终检

COC compliance auditor and QC inspector

Responsibilities:
1. Collect information on compliance requirements on different countries & areas
2. Provide training of audit requirements, documentation, procedure, etc. to factory / supplier and conduct pre- audit meeting
3. Carry out internal factory audit regularly to factory,supplier and Work out report & action plan with factory / supplier af ter factory audit
4. Follow up improvement with factory / supplier and to help them to solve the problems during their improvement process
5. Ensure factory / supplier having systems to manage and pass client factory audit
6. Provide guideline to factory on material certificate & testing requirement, such as LFGB, Reach, etc.
7. Carry out QC inspection on production order if need.

Requirements
1. College or equivalent
2. At least 3 years working experience.Experience in compliance audit and evaluation / factory audit is preferred
3. Grade 4 in English. Cantonese would be of added value
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to collect and analyze information to make good judgments and/or recommendations
6. Good knowledge in compliance standards (e.g. SA8000, C-TPAT, COP, BSCI, etc)
7. Knowledge of China labor law, industry safety and manufacturing process is preferred
