这个添世公司我知道 以前也跟他们QC打过交道 对外宣称是法国ERAM(在法国算是很大的鞋服公司)中国办事处 实际就一贸易公司 老板是一个长期在香港生活的法国人 里面几个MERCHANDISER好象全都女人 待遇一般 不过好象工作比较轻松 也许跟法国人散漫的特性有关

Every year we deliver 0.5 million chairs across the UK, Ireland and 14 other European countries. With over 750 desking and seating lines, all of which conform to the appropriate European and UK legislation for office use, we are confident that we can effortlessly meet every taste and budget.

We currently hold in excess of ￡1.2 million worth of stock at our distribution centre in Bristol from where we deliver to over 500 destinations per week.

Currently we buy from some factories in Anji,ZheJiang and Shunde, Guangdong, but as business expands we are looking for more new long-term partners in China.We also purchase office furnitures products from 10 countries in the world. Our orders will come regularly every month, and we provide an order forecast for 3-6 months time.

职位描述/要求：

Report to                                    :.Plant Manager
Job Purpose               .:
1.      Organize / Lead / Develop the QC team to achieve customer satisfaction and company goal good level of incoming non-conformity rate (ENCR).
2.      Good level of manufacture defect rate and plant return rate (MDR & PRR, Non Quality Cost).
3.      Emphasize quality policy and customer attitude concept in company.
4.      Optimize the quality process and develop the people competency.

Main Responsibilities               :   
1.      Maintain and develop the quality system to match the ISO and company standard.
2.      Plan and optimize the quality process and activity to achieve the customer satisfaction.
3.      Establish, coaching and motivating QC team to implement quality inspection to support operation.
4.      Cooperate relational function to analysis and solve problem to improve quality level.
5.      Lead CFP (Customer Feedback Process) regular review and continuously improvement with related functions.
6.      Team building, people training and development.
Key internal & external relationships
1.      Corp / APOD quality and CQT for Corp / APOD policy / procedure follow, new reporting and quality improving.
2.      SQM / QME, CPT, purchasing for supplier quality improving.
3.      Pilot, CPC / c - lab and TE for test approach, quality improving.
4.      CSC, Marketing, sales for customer return and customer complaint.      
5.      Marketing / Sales for customer request (RTE / on - site visiting).
6.      Plant team to solve quality problem.

Competencies & Qualifications Desired
1.      Bachelor in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Master of electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
2.      More than three year related working experience in FQC and IQC management filed. More than five year related working experience in QA, IQC, FQC or SQM management is preferred.
3.      Fluent English in oral and written.
4.      Familiar with Microsoft Office, lotus notes / outlook.
5.      SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SAP knowledge.
6.      30 years old above.
7.      Work located in factory. Stochastic travels in China. Occasional travels overseas.
