Key Responsibilities
1. Establish or implement product quality standards
2.Manage the Quality Control from samples till products shipped out stage
3. Take charge of quality inspection of furniture, assembly, finishing and packaging
4. Work closely with the Operations Manager & the Supply Chain Department on all Quality Related issues
5. Manage
the QC team in Haining, Zhejiang
6. Submit management report on weekly basis
Candidate Profile
1. 4-6 years experience in Furniture Industry with specific knowledge in upholstery products
2. Leadership skills, strong communication skills
3. Relevant quality certification is preferred but not mandatory
4. Strong understanding of Quality as a process
5. Understanding of computer applications
6. Ability to manage high pressure situations
7. Fluency in English, both spoken & written
8. Willing to relocate and travel whenever required |
