职位描述  
职责 ：
指控检验专员负责评估产品以取得在产品规格和公司质量程序里所规定的安全和质量标准。

1. 理解客户要求和对玩具安全测试的国家标准；
2. 对完工的零部件、成品和样品提供准确产品验证（检验及测试）结果以满足《产品规格》、《公司质量程序》及客户所规定的安全、功能和外观要求；
3. 及时向QA/QE和上级汇报任何异常事件；
4. 了解项目生产状态并定期进行生产监督；
5. 理解产品质量不良（测试检验结果失败，拒收和/或客户投诉的影响，并向QA/QE和上级汇报，协助研究应急计划；
6. 跟进工厂的《改善和预防计划》；
7. 执行上级分配的其他工作。

Responsibilities:
Quality Control Inspectors are responsible to evaluate the products that are achieving the safety and quality criteria defined in Product Specification and Creata quality procedures.

1. Understand the clients requirements and country standards on toy safety testing
2. Provide accuracy product verification (inspection and testing) result on finished parts, final products and samples that able to meet the safety, functional and aesthetic requirement specified in the Product Specification, Creata quality procedures and client expectation.
3. Report any abnormal events to QA/QE and superiors in a timely manner
4. Understand the project production status and perform the production monitor in regular time base
5. Understand the impact of product quality in case of negative issues (test failure result, rejects and/or customer complaint) and report to QA/QE and superior. Provide assistance in developing contingency plan.
6. Follow up Corrective Action Plan with factory.
7. Perform other jobs assigned by the superior.


要求：
1. 大专或以上，机械或电子工程专业毕业，至少2年相关行业工作经验。
2. 足够的英文水平，尤其在阅读产品规格和书写报告方面；
3. 基本的运用 Word 和 Excel的计算机操作能力；
4. 具有在塑料、毛绒以及电子产品方面的产品检验经验；
5. 具有产品安全和功能测试知识；
6. 与内部和外部的良好沟通能力；
7. 具有产品过程控制和监督方面的知识；
8. 具有良好行业能力和管理技能的候选人能被考虑任命为高级检验员。

Requirements:
1. College education or above, major in mechanical or electronic engineering is a plus, with more than 2 years working experience in similar industry.
2. Adequate English especially in reading specification and writing reports
3. With basic computer operating skill in Word and Excel
4. Experience in product inspection on Plastic, Plush and Electronic products
5. Knowledge in product safety & functional tests
6. Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
7. Knowledge in production process control & monitoring
8. Candidate with sound ability in industry or with management skill will be considered as Senior QC.
