雨鞋雨衣应该蛮简单的吧
主要是FITTING 和功能了
下面是雨鞋的一个测试（橡胶的）
Water Resistance Check by air blower by placing it into the boot, then immerse the boot into water for a minute No water bubble observed
Flexing Test
"1) Fix the boot at toe position on flat surface.
2) Bend the boot to 90 degree in 1 sec.
3) Hold this position for 1 sec.
4) Release to orginial position in 1 sec.
5) Repeat Step 1) to 4) for total 100 cycles.
6) Perform the Water Resistance test to check for the compliance.
