 灯具六大方面英语概括，自认为还行，请各位指导！如果懒得复制，附件也有带了，想下就下！ 
一.Electric
- 1. Fail Hi Pot Test/ Polarity 极性测试
- 2. Socket loose 灯头松动
- 3. Socket crooked 灯头变形，不正
- 4. Felt Pads 防热棉 5. Wire Degree/ color 线色，线温
- 5. Wire Insulation 电线绝缘性能
- 6. can not screw in 灯头旋不进
二. Label Labels include: UL/CUL; Country of Origin; Date; Warning; Supply Wire & Direction Label 现指标贴包括：UL标；产地标，日期标，警告标，贴在电线上的小标贴和指向标
- 1. Label Print (type face, color, size, content) 标贴的印刷是否有误（字体，颜色，大小，内容）
- 2. Missing Label 标贴缺失
- 3. Wrong Label 标贴贴错
- 4. Wrong UPC 条形码印错
- 5. Wrong Inst. Sheet 放错说明书
- 6. IS Missing 说明书缺失
- 7. upended Label: Brand/ Material Tag 标牌/铭牌装倒
- 8. Label Broken 标贴破损
三.Construction
- 1. Parts not Fit (screw teeth too long/ too short; parts not fit & can not be assembled easily; there are obvious gap after assembling & any defect caused by not suitable parts) 零部件不合用（出牙太长/太短；零部件不合用不易安装；安装后灯体间有明显缝隙和任何因零部件不适合而导致的疵点。）
- 2. Parts Missing(missing component & missing hardware)零部件缺失（包括配件零件包五金的缺失）
- 3. Loose (not assemble tightly) 灯体松（没有安装紧固引起的疵点）
- 4. tilt (Lamp Point not level or Fixture not square/plumb) 灯体不正（灯体各点不水平或灯体不垂直）
- 5. bad material (parts bended, poor quality of the component & all defects caused by the bad raw material) 原材料差（零部件变形弯曲，零部件质量不好和所有因来料差而引起的质量问题）
- 6. Wrong material (for example the lamp should be made from steel but the actual product is made from brass, especially the Chain) 材质出错（例如灯原应该为铜制的但实际产品确实铁质的，特别是链条的材质）
- 7. Fail tilt/Tip Test (for table lamp) 没能通过8度角测试（多数用于台灯）
- 8. Wire Length 线长度的问题
- 9. Chain Length/ thickness 链条长度问题, 链条粗细
- 10. # of Socket/ Type 灯头数量 11. bad weld 焊接不良

四.Glass
- 1. Bubbles 气泡

- 10. Dimension 尺寸问题

- 14. Glass not smooth 玻璃不平整
五.Appearance
- 1. Defect (dents / distortion，sand-hole, crack…all the discrepancies on Surface) 表面有疵点（凹痕/变形，砂孔，裂纹。。。所有灯体表面的缺陷）
- 2. Color(different color or color change)颜色（色差或变色）
- 3. Polish抛光
- 4. Bad finish process(scratched, drop paint, paint chipping off, touch mark, paint bubble…all defect caused by paint process) 上色程序不良（擦毛，掉漆，漆片脱落，指纹印，胶带印，漆泡。。。所有在上期过程中造成的疵品）
- 5. Dirty 脏
- 6. Sharp edges锋利的毛边
六.Packaging
- 1. CTN Flaps Closed Tight 封条是否封紧
- 2. Packaging Correct to HIL Spec. 是否按照HIL通过的包装程序/层次进行包装
- 3. Warning & Holes on the Plastic Bag 塑料袋上是否有“此物不是玩具”的警告标语和出气孔
- 4. Fail Drop Test 未通过试摔
- 5. bad carton quality 外箱质量不好
