This test is suitable for 20 feet and 40 feet and HQ container.
这个测试适用于20英尺和四十英尺及HQ货柜。
Three shipping unit should be used, The loading need applied to 3 different face of the shipping unit by different stacking load, which is perpendicular the edge of L,W,H. The loading is defined below
用不同堆压负载,压着垂直于长,宽,高的三个不同的箱面。
这个负载有以下定义:
Loading = Weight of one shipping unit X No. of layer within 240cm X 2 (Safety factor) x 2 hours
负载重量=箱个体的重量×在240cm以内可堆的层数×2(安全系数)×2小时
e.g. Weight of one shipping unit = 5kg
No. of layer, L= 240cm/50cm= 4.8 = 4 layer
No. of layer, W=240cm/25cm=9.6 = 9 layer
No. of layer, H=240cm/35cm=6.9 = 6 layer
例如:一个海运个体的重量=5kg
层数,长=240cm/50cm=4.8=4层
层数,宽=240cm/25cm=9.6=9层
层数,高=240cm/35cm=6.9=6层
Hence, Applied Load, L = 5kg x 4 layer x 2 = 40kgf
Applied Load, W=5kg x 9 layer x 2 = 90kgf
Applied Load, H=5kg x 6 layer x 2 = 60kgf
因此,应加载,长 =5kg×4层×2=40kgf
应加载,宽=5kg×9层×2=90kgf
应加载,高 =5kg×6层×2=60kgf
高=35cm
宽=25cm
长=50cm
3. Checking and Record(核查和记录)
