职位描述/要求:
The Job:
• Reporting to the Merchant Quality Technician Manager, you will manage quality risk by ensuring quality standards of merchandise match with retail market requirements.
• You have to utilize quality expertise to assess product quality level based on product specifications from supplier or retail markets, and control merchandise quality by providing quality improvement recommendations to suppliers.
• Establishing proper communication channels for legal, safety and quality requirements of each retail market and managing sample approval are required.
• In addition, you have to establish evaluation measures for assessing the technical competence/ capability of a supplier, and conduct technical training to merchants, QA auditors and suppliers.
Our Requirements:
• We offer to the candidate who is college graduate and has a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.
• You should have in-dept technical knowledge of the responsible product category and understand merchandising processes and techniques.
• Possess relevant manufacturing experience is a plus.
• You should be good at analytical and problem solving skills and have a sense of major cost factors.
• High level of integrity and business ethics is essential.
• Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and travel is required.
