quality inspector should be able to speak English;
quality inspector should have good knowledge in porcelain industry and decal printing (i.e. he should be able to inspect as per whitebody, as per decal, and should be able to understandthe reason of defects and able to advise fty how to avoid it);
quality inspector should be familiar with factories and their quality in Hunan province or at least Liling
