Injection form confirm

Mould key parts material and hardness comfirm
Coolant ducts check(1/4? 1/8? Or others)
Marking check (mould No., products' name&Rev., cavity No. For tracing? )
Pins
And so on.
2. Mould shot test inspection
The mould should be adjusted to a good statement: The most products moulding OK, and no critical defects was found.
Injection machine status and parameters confirm
Products confirm(appearance and dimension)
Mould shot statement confirm (connection, cooling system, injection system...)
