这里有驻厂的验货员吗进来一下！

这二天面试了一公司，他们说要去外面工厂驻厂跟单验货，，开出的工资是2K 多（没明说）。还有驻厂补贴，驻外省900一个月，驻本省700一个月，不过吃隹包的。就是说比如在江苏省一个工厂驻3个月，然后去杭州不知什么地方工厂驻3个月。
问一下驻工厂的XDJM们情况怎么样！

一般的公司驻一天厂酒店费有250左右不等，你自己去算帐。
现在物价这么高，你拿2900元刚好能自己养活自己，别指望找老婆了。

我这不分本省外省的，驻厂补助每月只由200块，包吃住的，上班时间和车间工人一样，没周末，逢节假日工人有休我们才休，第一次驻了3个月，第二次驻了1个月，很是辛苦！

有些公司，要求驻厂只在成品仓验货，但大部分公司要求从头到尾都要跟进。
我个人感觉驻厂验货工作不好开展，搞得不好，两头不是人。
至于底薪都差不多，只是报销和补贴每个公司差别很大。

Money is just part of the job, but not everything. Now that you need not care the expenditure for dinner and accomodation, it is not bad by my view.
And, it is good opportunity to stay long independently on your tasks, to learn very comprehensively and intensively. Very challenging and hardtaking - so long that you would like to confront.
Not sure whether you are to work for ISP or trading company. That is very big difference. For trading company, you shall be the representative to follow up almost everything, then you need to consult with the company for as many details as possible, o/w, you will pay much more but gain quite less, or even with negative feedback.
If for ISP, things would be somewhat easier. You just need to make sure the basic requirements, the target and work instructions, if any. Then follow them.
Just challenging, as I ever experienced.

有些公司驻厂还不错，有些那就难受了，不过了，你在外面，公司里的人不可能天天要找你吧，你也可以在外玩啊，工厂里的人也不会说了，我之前也是有驻厂的，很好玩的，要好好的把握分寸。品质。

   刚开始很难和工厂沟通，天天要面对工厂的人你太严了工厂不想鸟你，而且只要你有一点点不对的地方公司马上就知道了，如果质量放的太松了自己是要背黑锅的
