CLASS I
(According to British Standard BS EN 60065 1998 - 2.6.1) Warnings & Information that should be stated in the instructions (以下为说明书上需加注事项) “This appliance must be Earthed” Important: This apparatus is fitted with a BS 1363 13 Amp plug, fitted with a BS 1362 13A (*) fuse. Replace the fuse with same rating. The wires in the mains lead are colored in accordance with the following code: BLUE-“NEUTRAL” (N). BROWN-“LIVE” (L). GREEN/YELLOW-“EARTH” (E). 1. The blue wire must be connected to the terminal, which is marked with the letter “N” or colored BLACK. 2. The brown wire must be connected to the terminal, which is marked with the letter “L” or colored RED. 3. The green/yellow wire must be connected to the terminal, which is marked with the letter “E”, or the symbol or colored Yellow & Green.
以下为检验产品时需注意事项 (CHECK TO BE APPLIED) If the product case was made from steel, is defined as a CLASS I product. 产品外壳如为金属材质,有漏电可能.外壳需有接地点之产品所以有三(心)线,须使用BS 1363 approved type 插头. (An ASTA or BSI mark or sticker on the plug itself.) 须有接线标示随插头一并交货. (The mains cord should have a label showing the wiring details for a 13A PLUG attached.) (*) FUSE 规格依产品用电状况有 3A 5A10A 13A 种, 均为陶瓷保险丝.制造商须依产品之输出电流. (Power Consumption) 计算使用之正确 保险丝值 (Fuse Value) 三 (心) 线接线时须先将 BROWN-“LIVE” (L) (or Colored RED) 接到保险丝座再到开关 (or 到P.C.B). The incoming live wire should be ideally connected to the fuse and then switched. 接地螺丝处需有接地符号,并贴在机器外部,不需拆开机器即可见.接地之螺丝须有齿形 (STAR WASHER)华司. 说明书均要有产品电器规格 (含电压 Input Voltage,保险丝 Fuse Value,配件等相关数据) (Fuse ratings etc should be indicated, Ensure that these ratings are correct. etc…) 产品如有消耗品, 需更换或添加 (如灯泡更换或添加液体) 说明书须说明更换或添加方式. This appliance must be earthed. 此段文字必须同时出现在说明书及机器本身上(或做成卷标贴在机器上). 如果输出电压 (Power Consumption) 超过25W, 必须将 输出电压 注明在说明书及机器卷标上 (British Standard BS EN 60065 1998 - 2.6.1) Design in which protection against electric shock dose not rely on BASIC INSULATION only, but which includes an additional safety precautions in such a way that means are provided for the connection of ACCESSIBLE conductive parts to the protective (earthing) conductor in the fixed wiring of the installation, in such a way that ACCESSIBLE conductive parts cannot become HAZARDOUS LIVE in event of a failure of the BASIC INSULATION) NOTE: Such a design may have parts of CLASS II. |
