出门验货被工厂打了怎么办呀。

我公司的一同事在广西被关在厂里不让出来。。因为那工厂的货不行。。
现在干我们这行的沟通和做人很重要啊！！

Well, glad to talk to you, too.
When I have sufficient authorization and within my technical prowess, I work as the Second Sub-group, and if not, as the third, since my company used to give little technical support.   On most occasions I kept good communications with factories and I never reject inspection lots blindly and rashly. There was another article on this tribune named " to be the inspector welcomed by factory", actually that showed what I did.   
It is better to be the First Sub-group, but that took too much time, not to say that, my boss -  I was just supposed to make money for the company.
当我有充分的授权, 或者所涉为专长时, 我是第二类. 如果条件不具备, 只好做第三类, 因为公司通常没有充分的技术支持. 绝大多数情况下我和工厂沟通很好, 也从不盲目轻率地关货. 论坛上有一篇文章"做工厂欢迎的验货员", 是我写的, 也是反映的真实情况.
能做第一类当然好, 但通常没有时间, 老板要我去给他挣钱的.
我对LZ的质疑也是我在工作中比较注重的方面, 尽所能给工厂以帮助和指导, 是合格验货员的良心和水平所在, 因为验货员和工厂从不同的角度去评价所看的批次.
PS. I did not like the English corner on this tribune. You know, it is not so happy to talk to babies, or primary school students.
本论坛的英语角办得不好, 就象和婴儿或小学生交流很不爽一样. 很多人说英文不好, 又不愿意到这里练练, 真无奈.

It is really good to discuss with you. Looked we share a similar point of view quite different from that of quite some guys on this tribune.
Another guy was sighing again - difficult to live with such a career, harder working with less gains. I gave some bitter criticism. You may help check.
Today I worked about 12hours by now, and totally beat. Need to sleep now.

After review all your replies on this point, i would rather to say how disappoint i am!! How dare you say that?? And Are you a trading compamy Sales or QC??
I'm a QC with over 10 years experience in factory/trading company /3rd party inspection company. Go without saying, i'm a  experienced socialist and very advanced and experienced technoligist. Although my poor english, but i would pointed out your homiletics unjustifiable:
How came that when the rain was coming imminently but you still had the goods exposed outside??!!
IT'S NOT WRONG ON OUR QC SIDE!! ON SITE INSPECTION BASED ON THE FACTORY ASSIST, IF NO ROOM FOR GOOD CHECKING,HOW DOES QC DO?? NEVER SAY MISSION ABORTIVE FOR NO SPACE!!RIGHT??!!
And, it was at least part of your attendence that those cartons were damaged by the rain, how came that you just took photos to shrug off possible problems without the least consultation with the factory to seek for any possible remedy - to replace the damaged cartons, or even suggest short shipment to the factory??!!How long have you worked in this line? your tutor did not reminded you this?  You should have called your superior to advise the situation and ask for instructions, anyway, your inspection was over.
IT'S REGRET THAT THE QC NEVER CALL SUPERIOR FOR ADVICE DURINT THE INSPCTION.
BUT IN MY OPINION,A CALL IS ENOUGH, BUT TAKE DAFACT PHOTO IT DOESNOT MATTER!! WHY THE FACTORY BOSS ROBBED THE CAMERA AND BEAT THE INSPECTOR??  TO RECORD THE TRUTH TO THE SUPERRIOR TO AVOID THE DAMAGED GOODS SHIPPEMTN OR NOT ISNOT A MUST??  RIGHT??
PS:THE QUALITY NOTION  IN ZHEJIANG INDUXTRY IS NOT VERY GOOD!!

好久没来，看到这个“一张照片引发的血案”的帖子，才发现这里的高人大有人在。申明：我英语不好，只能用中文。
    Fruhlingsbreeze 一些观点还是正确的。验货员真的要做到审时度势，遇到问题不要跟工厂发生冲突，要懂得采取迂回战术。尤其是订单被转几手的情况下，一定要接你们订单的公司人员陪同验货。本人曾经被一个工厂的高层管理辱骂，他让我滚出去，原因是我让他返工，他说：不可能返工。而当时与我直接关系的贸易公司的人没在场。后来，贸易公司业务员派车接我去工厂，骂我的管理当场给我道歉，货也修改好了。当然，骂人、打人的这种工厂是非常恶劣的，素质很差，我们肯定要找方法制裁他，如果一味说是验货员的错，作为都是同行的我们，心理上难以接受。所以，LZ的遭遇我也深表同情。

我们大家只看到事情的表面就起哄，如果楼主处理事情稳妥一点，就不会发生这样的情况。工厂老板也是辛苦挣钱。要对付工人，要对付工商，税务，等等等。如果遇到资金周转在不顺利一下，急于等钱。看到你的如此举动，暴力行为在所难免。为人处世换个角度你是工厂老板，你也会挥舞起你的拳头！
记住一点，做QC是我们的职业，切不可把自己当爷。不能一心只想着怎么卡一点油水，捞一点钱。工厂是我们的客人之一，而不是让我们使唤来使唤去的丫头。不要高高在上，切记你今天的行为很大程度决定你明天是否依然还有工作。
另外希望能从高人Fruhlingsbreeze学到更多的东西。
