Felt sorry at the case, but such case would never happen on me.
How do you look at the factory and the goods you inspected? Whatever you are, trading company QC or ISP QC, you should have the knowledge that your salary basically came from the goods you inspected. Accordingly, you should have given highest respect and best care to the goods you inspected. How came that when the rain was coming imminently but you still had the goods exposed outside??!! And, it was at least part of your attendence that those cartons were damaged by the rain, how came that you just took photos to shrug off possible problems without the least consultation with the factory to seek for any possible remedy - to replace the damaged cartons, or even suggest short shipment to the factory??!!How long have you worked in this line? your tutor did not reminded you this?
You should have called your superior to advise the situation and ask for instructions, anyway, your inspection was over.
Forgive my strong words. I used to work in factory, and then as QC. This is a good lesson to you. Maybe you can call the guy who beat you and apologize. That is difficult to you, but helpful for your improvement. |
