我说样品免费要客人出运费,客人居然这么说!

一般我们给客人样件都是免费的.而且许多客人都愿意承担运费,可这个客人这么说,我该怎么办? 怎么继续下去.有些客人啊,给他样品之后就是完全没有消息.下面这个客人是德国的

Dear Sirs,

The required samples together with post charge will not cost more than USD 25,00 do you need us to arrange this payment?

We surprise for your service, you can forget the matter.
