6. Products should be free from scrapes, scratches or dents. Scrapes, scratches or dents present on the top or front of an item (highly visible), 1 inch (2.54cm) or greater in length/diameter should be considered major defects.
7. Products should be free from scrapes, scratches or dents. Scrapes, scratches or dents present on the back, sides or bottom of an item (highly visible) or less than 1 inch (2.54cm) in length/diameter should be considered minor defects.
