the material mustn’t mark the leather in permanent way

| 3 – The lining doesn’t discolour : rub the slightly wet thumb on the lining

| 4 – the top piece is well cemented to the heel ==> try to turn it

| 5 – The marking must be like as it has been asked by the quality and looks like the same as the production

| 6 – The tongue is durably stitched ==> pull the tongue : it must be ok
|
| 7 – the stitching is durable
==> a good tension of the thread
|
| 8 – There’s no iron on the eyelets, hooks and rings ==> test it with a magnet : the accessories mustn’t be attracted
|
| 9 – the eyelets are well tight ==> don’t be able to cross the finger nail below
|
| 10 – the upper is well stuck at the sole ==> pull the sole
|
| 11 – no big tracks of glue on the upper
|
| 12 – The insole must be well stuck, in exception of the removable insole
|
| 13 – No detail bthering inside the shoe : no remaining nail of the lasting ==> to touch the inside of the shoe with hand
|
| 14 – Verify the solidity of the cursor, for a zip ==> twist the cursor to verify its solidity
|
| 15 – for a moccasin ==> verify that the hand stitching is well stopped : pull on the apron to make a tension
