How the inspector pick up samples when an inspection is 100% finished and 80% packed?
How about 80% finished and 50% packed?
How about 100% finished and 20% packed?

I need a standardized method which is practical and also that really reflect the shipment.

正常都是100％完成，80％包装然后从包装好的随机抽箱，抽样。但是如果不足80％包装呢？甚至只有50％包装，50％完成呢？ 大多数工厂很难100％完成，80％包装啊。怎么才能客观反应货物的实际情况呢？

我自己的意思是不足验货标准就bye－bye，如果客人坚持验货，就从包好的里边抽样，但是很难和客人说出现问题我们不负责。但是很多时候工厂看演完货了，他们的检验就放松了。

20% unpacked 个人认为产品已经是完整的零售包装了，只是没有装进内盒和外箱而已。抽样的时候这部分也要包括进去。

抽样的时候未包装完成的部分也要抽，如果是批量性的问题从已包装好的产品中是可以发现的。怕的是一部分生产好了，一部分还未做。那就得分两个部分了。
