Factory signature and chop:

1) SPECIAL POINTS

1.	No approval sample was available for this shipment inspection.
2.	When arrival at factory at 10:30am, only 68.4% of products were finished and packed in export carton for inspection, and the balance was still in production line and excluded this inspection.
3.	Found 100% of nails on gift box were corrosive (rust mark), details refer to photo #78-81.
4.	Found actual brand of Optical reader and loader were “ARIMI”, Which not conformed to client’s PO required: “Hitachi”.
5.	The total numbers of export carton shown on shipping mark was 2180 instead of the required: 1762, details refer to photo #86.
6.	1 pc of defective sample (Rust mark on screw and nails on gift box was corrosive) was sealed by tape with inspector’s signature and keep at factory, refer to photo #82-85.
7.	Power cord length check on 1 pc , found length was 1.2 M;
8.	RCA cable length check on 1 pc , found length was 1.5 M;
9.	Found “Made in China” was shown on side mark of export carton, which conformed to client’s requirement.
10.	The finished quantity and packed in export carton were 5320 pieces while inspector leave at factory at 17:30 pm.
11.	Remote control distance measured on 1 pc was 10 M.
