Responsibilities and Duties:
-Hold suppliers accountable for consistent quality performance, as defined and agreed-upon by the Company and the supplier, for all existing products.
-Establish quality inspection criteria and standards in conjunction with the supplier/factory.
-Define inspection documentation requirements, inspection sampling criteria, and inspection frequency.
-Ensure suppliers/factories understand and agree upon the quality inspection and sampling criteria used for ongoing production and routine shipments.
-Develop corrective actions with the supplier/factory for reducing/eliminating quality problems of existing in-line products.
-Perform periodic scheduled and random factory, product, and shipment QC inspections at the factory to ensure product quality standards are consistently maintained.

2. 根据不同产品建立产品检验标准及测试条件并要求供货商同意及采用相同标准
3. 根据顾客投诉质量问题找出问题并制定改善对策，督促供货商彻底执行改善对策以降低及根除不良产品
4. 不定时对供货商，工厂生产线及产品进行抽检以确保产品质量
5. 监督、定期评估合格供货商的质量管理体系执行情况，确保其提供的服务及产品符合公司相应的质量要求；
Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor or equivalent degree with experience following a quality system within manufacturing.
-Proven experience developing product specifications and related quality testing standards.
-Able to effectively manage multiple projects and activities.
-Experience with supplier relations and basic negotiations.
-Engineering, and/or Manufacturing experience.
-Fluent in Mandarin and English.
-Strong organizational and communication (written and spoken) skills.
-Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint, and Project).
-Self motivated, proactive, and a high level of initiative.
-Able and willing to travel 30-50% of time; including occasional meetings with Company associates in US.
