It's depend on your company which the company is a retailer or an importer or trade industry or the third parts...
For the third parts: remark anything when you found defects. You client will decide ...
guys: perform in a way that your supervisor would think you are a qualified qc
firstly, always follow the guidlines (both writen or verbal are ok)
secondly, if something out of the guidelines, try to make a judgement just using your common sense and report to your supervisor for a double check. remember, don't never just ask your boss to give an answer, you come up with a proposal to your question and ask if this would be the right way to do.
I dont agree to the opions above.I think one should report everything not as request.IF every markings is wrong,it must be corrected. If just a few marking is wrong,it can be accepted. And I think one need not shoulder the responsibility that factory should do.You know if things dont go along with what you are expecting, you will be scolded heavily, even be fired.if you want to keep at your job for a long time, you have to be careful. To be careful! You are responsible for it this time, how about next time?So dont let factory feel it can get chance easily.
goods may be sent to another port if the shipping mark was wrong. if the correct action under your control, you may let it go, but if not, you must do remark inreport and let the relevant people know of it.
