What is the best method to learn and improve? I think everyone here would like to improve but does not know where to start. I also want to try to improve, not only on the written side but alos the speaking English. Any more ideas and sucessful examples?

i think  speak out or write out is more important than learn. Maybe  you have good memory, but if you haven't practised it for a long time, you must forget it.
