1:Because the qualitity of finished goods fail to reach 80%, the lot will be rejected.
2: Because the factory didnot (complete) finish 80% of products , the lot will be rejected.
3:Because 80% the qualitities of products have not been finished by factory, the lot will be rejected.
4: Because the qualitities of products for inspecting are not up to 80%, the lot will be rejected.
5：Because of not being finished 80% of finished-products, the lot will be rejected.
以上几句句话都可以表达你所要说的意思。另外Because of 后面不能接从句，所以不能要OF 。后面更加不能用SO这个词。英文中因为，，，所以，，，表达是和中文不一样，写了因为，就不用所以。你这样一写，外国人就知道这是中国式英文，并且语法是错的。

要学会用不同的英文形式表达同一种中文意思。不能靠记哪一句话，因为我也不知道你当时情况是哪一种情况。所以记一些你验产品品质行业方面的品质术语和常用单词，并且熟悉语法，就会表达了。暂时这样对你有帮助，因为范围太宽，在短时间内也不一定达得到的。
