LED手电筒用电源标准

请问，可充电式 LED手电筒 做SASO认证 所用的电池充电器做什么标准 ？？

一定是作为LED Driver来做认证吗 即IEC61347-2-13
或者做为POWER SUPPLY
即做标准 IEC61558-2-17 IEC61558-2-6

可没可能做为电池充电器来认证 即做IEC60335-2-29 ？？？

It is really a difficult question. Personally, I think
?? - the IEC61347-1+IEC61347-2-13 is applicable to the supply circuitry inside LED Torch
?? - the IEC60335-1+IEC60335-2-29 is used to test the external battery charger if it is sold with the LED Torch
?? - the IEC61558-1+IEC61558-2-17 (or IEC61558-2-6) is used only if the charger is not sold with the LED Torch and the charger is considered as the general purpose adaptor.

As my points may be wrong, I would like to hear more ideas in the forum. Anyone here can voice out his opinions openly.

那么LED手电筒用3节AAA 7号电池供电（内置，和传统手电筒一样） ，可以用外置充电器充电，电池是可以取出更换的，那充电器是属于第几种情况？？

LS的情况就应该算IEC60335-1+IEC60335-2-29 即GB4706.18。
但有个问题，手机电池的充电器怎么又不按上面的标准执行？由其是不与手机连接，仅用于手机电池的充电器。
