after the teses, the cord shall not have been longitudinally--------------nor shall there be appreciable strain at the connection.
怎么去判断nor appreciable strain at the terminals呢？
是否是说线扣到内部连接端子之间的电线不能绷紧，否则的话即使电线只要1毫米的位移，此时端子处也是受到了拉力。这时测试就失败。所以线扣到内部连接端子之间的电线需要有一定松弛呢？

After the tests, the cord shall not have been longitudinally displaced by more than 2 mm, and
the conductors shall not have moved over a distance of more than 1 mm in the terminals, nor
shall there be appreciable strain at the connection.
2mm和1mm的要求大家都知道
我问的是最后一句nor
shall there be appreciable strain at the connection.
