Due to the new regulation from California Code Regs. Tit. 17, § 93120 that Formaldehyde Emissions for composite woods is less than 0.1ppm, the composite wood product (such as furniture, chair, table, wood block...etc) should be in compliance by getting a report/certificate in a CARB approval lab.
TRU US and WM US will implement this requirement on 1/1/2009 with documentation review. Hence, the source of composite wood should be tested or with report issued by CARB approval lab. |
