UL AWM FUS样品测试地点的转移利弊分析

之前，我司的UL跟踪检查电线在美国托马斯测试，现想转移到苏州美华，经沟通美华同意。
好处：1.运费减少；2.都是中国人，好沟通；
但不知如此是否有不好之处？有人说如何是IMP的样品，那你们就死惨了。但我不知何为IMP样品，问他也没下文。
所以在此请教大家
