求教有关灯具的稳定性问题

4.13.4
c) Luminaires delievered with a stand
Any lamp(s) are removed before the tests
The luminaire and stand shall not overturn at an angle of 6°from the vertical
The luminaire shall withstand the impacts resulting from overturning four times from an angle up
to 15°from the vertical
The fixation means of the stand shall withstand a force of four times the weight of the luminaire in
the most onerous direction.
If the luminaire overturns during the test on the plane inclined at an angle of 15°from the vertical, the test of 12.5.1 is made with the luminaire on a horizontal surface, in the most unfavourable of the overturned positions that may reasonably be expected in practice

问：on the plane inclined at an angle of 15°from the vertical 是与垂线成15°的平面的意思吗？如果此意思正确，即灯具要过75°斜台，有什么灯具可以过75°斜台而不倾倒的吗？？？
若是我理解错误，即灯具要过15°斜台。如果能过的话，那么上面提到的4次与垂线成最大15°的倾翻撞击测试怎样实现。
既然有15°的要求，那上面提到的6°还需要吗？有何意义？

是15度,不是75度.
也就是说15度倾倒, 应做温升测试.

与垂线成6度时, 灯具和支架不应倾倒
灯具就能承受4次与垂线成最大15度倾倒所产生的冲击
灯具支架的固定装置应在最不利的方向承受4倍灯具重量的力
试验期间, 如果灯具在与垂线成15度的平面上倾倒的话, 进行12.5.1试验时应将灯具放在水平面上试验, 灯具应置于实际中预期的最不利的倾倒位置.
