求教：怎样确定温升测试时间？

看了寒烟翠以下链接的文章后，真是受益颇多。只是对试验稳定条件建立时所对应的时间没有明确的定义。

在有些标准中有定义：
1.引用kuiyin001 \Hand-held appliances are operated for 20 min.
Other appliances are operated until steady conditions are established.--60335－2－32 章节11.7

2.The temperature is considered to be stabilized when three successive readings, taken at intervals of 10 percent of the previously elapsed duration of the test but not less than 5 minutes indicate no change.---UL859 /37.1.10

IEC60598:
12.4.1 f Measurements shall not be taken until the luminaire has stabilized thermally, i.e. temperatures are changing at a rate less than 1 °C per hour.
UL1029:
21.1.6 A thermocouple-measured temperature is to be considered constant if three successive readings, taken at not less than 15-minute intervals, indicate no upward change.
UL1278:
39.1.8 To determine whether a heater complies with the requirement in 39.1.1, it is to be operated continuously until constant temperatures have been reached. A temperature is considered to be constant when three successive readings, taken at intervals of 10 percent of the previously elapsed duration of the test (but not less than 5-minute intervals), indicate no change.
4. 引用寒烟翠：所谓的稳定的意思是一个小时内温度上升不超过1度就可以停止测试，当然是指所有的点；不知是通标EN60335中哪个章节？5.UL1082第33.1.8条等等
