"Appliance having a liquid container are filled with water in accordance with the instruction and loaded with a mass of 10kg" the text from the Clause 3.1.9 of IEC60335-2-32 . I think "a mass of 10kg" contain the water . but I can not confirm .
a new question:
a foot massage is opertaed with the cantain filled with water accorded to the MAX level. The function was contained: vibration+heating+blowing+infrared lens; but the heating function is provided by heating wire and the power is far from less than motor power. I read the GS report from the NEMKO laboratory,they marked that the appliance was heating appliance . But I think the appliance is moter-operated appliance or combined appliance. which opinion is suitable ?
