1. 1.Please confirm the color fo product housing /enclosure is “white(which should be “red ”stated on product specification) ” instead of “red ”mention on product specification .
2. 2.Please confirm that over(exceed) the tolerance of±10% or ±3cm requirement by client
3. 3.Please confirm that position of rating lable was different between the inspected and golden sample ,the rating lable stuck of bottom of product which can not match the rear position of golden sample.
4. 4.Please confirm that purchase order number as “ABC” on carton and “ABC+1” on rating lable instead of “AB+C1” stated on Job Cover Sheet .
5. 5.Please confirm the torque test (E14 2.0Nm) for lampholder (2pcs out of 5pcs) was failed based on AQL s-1.
6. 6.Please confirm that product status was 50% production and 30% packaging provided by manufactory ,however continue the inspection confirmed by client.
7. 7.Please confirm that product state was 50% production and 50% packaging product by manufactory the before we issued the missing report confirmed by customer.
8. 8.Please confirm allow to 2pcs product for internal check only ,Which should be 13pcs based on AQL s-3 requirement by client.
9. 9.Please confirm the factory allow to do 1pc endurance and loading during inspection ,Which should be 5pcs based on AQL s-3 requirement by client .
10. 10.Please confirm the manufactory of Plug was “***” instead of “**”stated on critical component list of SGS report ,However factory can provided the component “VDE” certificate.
11. 11Please confirm that inspection result was failed (critical defect was found during internal check the inspection) due to the number of Major defect was over the AQL limit .
